Job Summary
Senior Microsoft Solution Architect for MNP's Digital Solutions practice. Lead the design and delivery of enterprise architectures that align IT with business strategy, focusing on Microsoft AI, Data, and Cloud solutions, ERP and Business Applications. Responsibilities include analyzing current IT systems, designing and implementing new architectures, evaluating emerging technologies, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in, managing risks and compliance, guiding organizational change, and documenting standards. Requires extensive experience in enterprise architecture, TOGAF/Zachman frameworks, Azure/Microsoft technologies, and strong communication and leadership abilities. Degree in Computer Science or related field (Bachelor's or Master’s), with certifications in AI/Cloud a plus; Calgary-based with on-site work in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture
- Experience developing, implementing, and architecting Microsoft AI, Data and Cloud solutions
- Experience in consulting or advisory engagements for enterprise architecture
- Ability to provide expert guidance on enterprise architectures aligning with business objectives and security requirements
- Experience with EA modeling or APM tools and EA frameworks (TOGAF or Zachman)
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft technologies including Azure, AI & Copilot, Business Applications and ERP
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills; self-starter
- Willingness to learn emerging AI/tech fields such as Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and GenAI
- Microsoft certifications related to AI, Cloud, Business Applications or ERP are a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
