Job Summary
Senior Microsoft Solution Architect responsible for leading the design and delivery of enterprise IT architectures that align with business strategy at MNP. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture roadmap, analyzing current IT systems to identify gaps, designing and implementing new IT infrastructure, evaluating technologies to meet client needs, collaborating with stakeholders to secure buy-in, managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance, guiding change management during new system rollouts, and documenting architecture standards. Requires deep expertise in Microsoft technologies (Azure, AI, Copilot, Business Applications, ERP) and a proven ability to advise clients on secure, scalable solutions; capability to manage multiple priorities, foster collaboration, and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Advanced degrees in CS/Info Security or related fields are preferred, with 10+ years of relevant consulting or advisory experience and familiarity with EA frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman; professional certifications in AI and Cloud related to Microsoft products are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AI, Copilot, Business Applications, ERP
- EA modeling or EA framework (TOGAF or Zachman)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Leadership and ability to influence stakeholders
