Job Summary
Lead discovery, assessment, and architecture workshops across Microsoft technology domains to design and implement M365 solutions aligned with business requirements. Deliver tenant migrations, consolidations, and divestiture-related separation activities while configuring identity, collaboration, security, and compliance capabilities. Produce High-Level and Low-Level Designs, implementation plans, and operational documentation to support complex project delivery. Perform platform health assessments, develop remediation recommendations, and manage technical risks with mitigation plans. Advise clients on licensing, governance, and best practices while collaborating with architects and stakeholders. Support service transitions and managed service onboarding for Azure landing zones and modern workplace deployments.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 projects within enterprise environments
- Experience supporting M&A, divestiture, tenant-to-tenant migration or transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation capabilities
- Ability to operate independently across both consulting and hands-on technical delivery activities
- Experience producing formal architecture and design documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within regulated or large-scale enterprise environments
- Strong consulting and communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders
- Able to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
- Self-motivated and delivery focused
- Strong documentation and presentation capabilities
- Methodical approach to governance, risk management and technical assurance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Azure infrastructure, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Nerdio and Microsoft Purview is highly desirable
