Job Summary
Senior Microsoft Consultant to design, implement Microsoft 365 E5 solutions focusing on productivity and security; lead client-facing engagements across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online; manage migrations including tenant-to-tenant or hybrid transformations; establish governance for collaboration and data lifecycle. Implement and integrate Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), device enrollment, endpoint compliance, and Zero Trust security controls. Deploy Microsoft Defender and Purview capabilities; manage Entra ID with Conditional Access and MFA; deliver identity and access management across hybrid configurations. Act as technical lead, mentor junior consultants, and provide training on Microsoft technologies. Requires 7+ years in technology infrastructure design/deployment with focus on Microsoft tech and 3+ years of consulting, strong hands-on experience with M365 workloads, Intune, security solutions, and enterprise-scale deployments; certifications such as MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, SC-100/SC-200 preferred; experience with compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, PCI) is a plus; strong communication and time-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years working in technology infrastructure design and deployment roles with a focus on Microsoft technologies
- 3+ years of consulting or client-facing delivery experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 productivity workloads (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, Autopilot, endpoint compliance)
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft security solutions (Defender, Purview, Entra ID)
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise M365 solutions across multiple customer environments
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and cloud security principles
- Relevant certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert), MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator), SC-100 or SC-200 (Security certifications) preferred
- Experience with compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, PCI) is a plus
- Experience with automation tools (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills
