Job Summary
Lead governance, architecture, and security for Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services, focusing on SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions while coordinating complex incidents, changes, and releases. Shape the roadmap with stakeholders and architects, implementing innovations like Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered collaboration experiences. Coach specialists and key users to promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the international organization. This role requires an HBO degree, five years of M365 experience, and fluency in Dutch and English. Candidates must be based in the Netherlands and successfully complete a pre-employment background check. Salary ranges from €5,015 to €7,163 gross monthly.
Required Qualifications
- HBO working and thinking level
- At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, adoption, and governance
- A relevant Microsoft certification, preferably Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Entra ID
- Demonstrable experience designing Microsoft 365 environments and translating governance and security principles into a stable, future-proof platform
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
- Experience coaching colleagues and sharing expertise within a Microsoft 365 team
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Candidates should be based in the Netherlands to support effective collaboration within our hybrid way of working

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in an international organization
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Copilot agents
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, (PnP) PowerShell, and content migration projects
- Experience designing and delivering user training, workshops, or adoption programs
- Additional certifications in areas such as Identity & Access, Endpoint Management, Information Security, Compliance, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or ITIL/service management
