Job Summary
Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant leading technical design and client engagements, driving business development opportunities within the Microsoft 365 space. Responsibilities include leading design and implementation of M365 services (Copilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Teams Calling, Intune, Defender, Power Platform), developing and delivering technical presentations and workshops, steering migrations, providing expert support, and building strong client relationships. Activities also encompass identifying new opportunities, producing proposals, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring alignment with security and compliance practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Microsoft 365 administration and consulting
- Proven experience leading technical discussions with senior-level clients
- Successful track record in business development, including lead generation, proposal writing, and closing deals
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security best practices and compliance requirements
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (eg, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable
