Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for industrial process heating and cooling, tailoring initiatives to specific vertical market segments. Monitor and report on key financial metrics including MOR, LRP, and AOP while utilizing data analytics to identify market trends and translate insights into actionable business strategies. Act as the primary liaison connecting product management, marketing, sales leadership, and engineering teams to ensure a unified approach, while identifying and assessing strategic partnerships to enhance market position. Engage with key external stakeholders and industry associations to understand customer challenges, develop retention strategies, and position the company as a premium provider. Requires up to 30% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in HVAC or IPHC system design, planning, procurement, sales and/or maintenance
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
