Job Summary
Senior MES Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) that support data-driven production processes. Responsible for system reliability, MES integration with SAP and SCADA, and driving continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing principles. Core duties include system operation monitoring, user support and training, creating manuals and guides, configuring the system, performing tests, designing reports, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in MES systems (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, etc.)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and IT systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
