Job Summary
Senior M&A Analyst sought to lead financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence for 7-Eleven’s M&A initiatives. Responsibilities include site assessments, business/financial analysis, preparing pro-forma valuation models, coordinating with internal stakeholders, supporting deal development from NDA to closing, and aiding post-close integration across cross-functional teams. Requires strong financial statement analysis, valuation methods (DCF, comparables), and expert Excel/PowerPoint skills. Preferred: 2+ years in M&A/IB/PE/Corporate Development; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; knowledge of retail/convenience store and real estate industries. Expected leadership, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
