Job Summary
Senior Merchant Success Manager to manage a portfolio of ShipBob's international merchants (approximately 30) with a focus on growth and success. Responsibilities include acting as a strategic partner to merchants, enabling growth, serving as an escalation point, coordinating with ShipBob teams to meet success criteria, building relationships through proactive health checks via phone and email, owning outcomes and risk management, and driving adoption of ShipBob features. Requires excellent written and verbal English, 6–12 years in Sales/Account Management/Customer Success or Merchant services in technology/SaaS, and international client handling experience (North America, EMEA, APAC). Strong communication, cross-department collaboration, and proficiency with tools like Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and Power BI are desirable.
