Job Summary
Senior Merchandising Manager responsible for directing merchandising strategy, optimizing product assortments and pricing, and driving profitability. Leads a merchandising team, negotiates with suppliers, analyzes sales data and market trends, collaborates with buying, marketing, and inventory teams, and oversees visual merchandising and promotional campaigns to提升 customer experience and store performance. Requires leadership experience, strategic thinking, strong vendor management, data analysis skills, and proficiency with merchandising software and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- 5+ years of merchandising experience, leadership preferred
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Proficient in merchandising software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational efficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
