Job Summary
Drive sourcing, costing, and development for a diverse portfolio of electronic products, including audio devices and car accessories. Negotiate vendor costs to maintain profitability within tight margins while organizing product specifications. Review pre-production and production samples, implementing customer feedback on quality and compliance. Coordinate packaging artwork, labels, and manuals across design, QA, and vendor teams. Attend major industry fairs in HK and Canton to identify new sourcing opportunities. Manage comprehensive customer visits, handling accommodations, visas, and transportation. Travel occasionally to the Shenzhen office to coordinate with regional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within a trading company or import-exporter
- Proven track record managing tech products or electronic accessories
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding packaging, formatting, and compliance checks
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume, dynamic environment
- Travel occasionally to the Shenzhen office to coordinate with regional teams

- Familiarity with electronic components (e.g., ICs, battery types) and product safety testing protocols
