Senior Merchandiser - Development

Manage customer expectations by catering to specific development requirements and enabling the commercialization process with pricing in a timely manner. Effectively manage the development calendar to meet internal and external deadlines while working on new development projects for business growth. Build relationships with internal, external teams, and customers to drive efficiencies, ensuring accurate documentation for purchase orders, packing lists, and priority clearance lists is provided to cross-functional departments. Oversee costing, cost re-engineering, BOM, PLM, and salesforce updates to support internal earning aspirations. Coordinate the sample development process, participate in meetings, and source fabrics and raw materials based on customer requests to ensure timely delivery. Build connectivity between development and bulk, focusing on risk mitigation activities to ensure product feasibility and seamless handover to production.
