Senior Merchandiser, Accessories leads assortment strategies and owns the Accessories department. Build consumer-focused assortments, select products meeting financial plans and deliver results. Drive cross-functional alignment with Design and Production to ensure on-time delivery and cost targets, serve as the strategic driver for product development, and maintain brand integrity for Stores and Web while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include developing seasonal and annual strategies, creating line plans, presenting assortments to leadership and global teams, understanding fabrics and materials and lead times, tracking performance, pricing strategy alignment with brand positioning, ranking styles by performance, collaborating with cross-functional partners, managing calendars and deliveries, providing in-depth analysis of channels, and maintaining deep knowledge of the customer base through store visits and direct feedback.
