Job Summary
Lead allocation and replenishment strategy across assigned categories, managing in-season inventory for 350+ stores to maximize sell-through and minimize overstock. Execute allocation strategies that support financial goals, balancing data-led decision-making with commercial judgment to position inventory for customer demand. Partner with planning, buying, and supply chain teams to fine-tune allocations, oversee stock flow, and ensure timely store fulfillment. Perform weekly reporting on sales trends and stock-to-sales ratios, while conducting post-season analysis to inform future buying decisions and identify underperforming areas. Dive into historical data and forecasts to react to shifts in the business, ensuring products reach the right places at the right time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain Management
- minimum of 3 years or more substantial work experience in owning allocation strategy for multiple categories/regions
- Function as a subject matter expert in allocation systems, tools, and best practices
- Analytical genius with the power to uncover trends and patterns from large amounts of data
- Strategic thinker who relishes making decisions that drive success
- Obsessively detail-oriented to ensure flawless execution
