Job Summary
Senior MEP Superintendent responsible for overall direction of MEP-dominant construction activities on large projects, leading field teams, coordinating with engineers and project managers on budget, schedules, and resource planning; establishing crew sizes, formwork selection, site logistics, and safety programs; mentoring forepersons and superintendents; ensuring compliance with project documents, scheduling, and safety (Zero Injury). Must travel up to 100%, possess a bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent trade experience), and have extensive supervisory construction experience; includes responsibilities for hiring decisions, union/open shop coordination, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships; visa sponsorship not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or 10 years trade experience
- Minimum 18 years construction experience
- Minimum 13 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor
- Current driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 100%
