Job Summary
Senior MEP Project Manager to oversee mechanical/electrical/plumbing scope on data center projects. Responsibilities include supervising project financial health, managing budgets and subcontracts, creating monthly owner billings, overseeing 3-D coordination, and maintaining client relationships. Requires strong communication, leadership, and integrity; works on projects in Pampa, TX or Minneapolis, MN. Visa sponsorship is not offered; compensation varies by level (SR MEP PM I/II) with base pay ranges shown.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent field experience
- Minimum ten years construction management experience, preferably experience with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor
- Minimum five years’ experience building data centers
- Current driver’s license
- Microsoft Office, project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level
- Positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies
