Job Summary
Senior MEP Project Manager II/I to lead data-center projects, oversee financial health and budget management, subcontract and supplier coordination, 3-D coordination, and client-relations efforts. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with 8–10+ years (Senior level indicated by title and experience). Responsibilities include project financials, cost-code assignment, invoices, owner billings, contract management, and mentoring project teams; strong communication skills are essential to interact with staff at all levels and maintain customer relationships on a dynamic data-center environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent field experience
- Minimum ten years construction management experience, preferably experience with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor
- Minimum five years’ experience building data centers
- Current driver’s license
