Job Summary
Senior MEP Coordinator to support project teams in planning, installation, startup, and commissioning of MEP equipment for mission critical environments as well as health care and TI projects. Responsibilities include coordinating the MEP model, reviewing MEP submittals, providing solutions for MEP-related RFIs, tracking construction progress, organizing startup and commissioning documentation, and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to close punch lists. Also supports preconstruction MEP information management, schedules 3D Model coordination, tracks MOPs and cutover activities, coordinates commissioning documentation, and mentors the MEP team on concepts and installation details.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Construction Science or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience with large commercial construction projects
- Experience collaborating with construction managers or superintendents
- Experience with BIM Modeling, MEP installation, and coordination with design engineers and subcontractors
