Senior Mental Health Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Senior Mental Health Program, including recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating staff while managing schedules, timecards, and onboarding. Conduct outreach, education, depression screenings, and case management services for older adults through community and in-home visits. Monitor program outcomes, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations. Develop policies, SOPs, and training materials while building partnerships with community organizations and mental health providers. Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic planning to support continuous program development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field
- Minimum three years of experience in mental health or human services working with older adults
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of case management, behavioral health services, community resources, and grant-funded programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems
- Ability to work independently while leading a collaborative team
- Valid Illinois driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current insurance
- Acceptable driving record
- Must successfully complete background checks
- Must successfully complete fingerprinting
- Must successfully complete drug screening
