Job Summary
Provide direct client care services including treatment planning, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Assist leadership in developing standards of practice, quality services, and new programs while mentoring other clinicians. Plan and coordinate client, family, peer, and community education with other health care professionals, including physicians and ARNPs. Follow an individualized performance development plan to maintain current knowledge and support program goals. This full-time role at Providence Youth Behavioral Residential Center in Anchorage, AK, offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible external hires. Candidates must hold a Master's degree and an Alaska clinical license in psychology, social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy, along with five years of clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree - Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or health related field
- Alaska Masters Social Worker License upon hire
- Alaska Clinical Social Worker License upon hire
- Alaska Psychologist License upon hire
