Job Summary
Senior Mental Health Clinician leads delivery of evidence-based therapy to adolescents (12–25) using CBT, DBT, ACT and other modalities; mentors junior clinicians; collaborates with families, schools, and local services to create coordinated care plans; responsibilities include documenting clinical work, participating in supervision and pathway development, and visiting clients in the community or from home/headspace/MMH offices. Must have experience in individual therapy with adolescents, understanding of trauma and youth mental health, and current professional registration. Flexible working arrangement with options to work from home, in the community, or from local offices; compensation includes hourly salary plus super and salary packaging benefits.
