Senior Mendix Developer

Job Summary
Senior Mendix Consultant responsible for designing, developing and testing Mendix solutions in an agile environment, coordinating with clients and end-users on specifications, and taking a leading role in workshops, proof-of-concepts and DevOps projects. You’ll also train and coach business consultants and junior developers, contribute to design decisions, and help shape long-term platform architecture. You’ll work in a multidisciplinary team with end-to-end responsibility for applications and delivery, applying platform knowledge to ensure quality and scalability, and exploring AI, integrations and smart automation to streamline business processes. There is potential to develop toward lead, expert or principal roles based on interests (technical depth, mentorship or strategic client engagements).
Required Qualifications
- A completed Bachelor’s, Master’s or technical HBO degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year as a low-code specialist, application developer or (IT) consultant
- Nice to have: Certification in and/or hands-on experience with Mendix, OutSystems, Salesforce or Microsoft Power Platform
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Located in The Netherlands
