Job Summary
Design and qualify silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs to meet automotive-grade reliability requirements with high production yields and reduced manufacturing costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the design and development stages to ensure new technologies satisfy advanced package requirements for unique customer needs. Focus specifically on verifying reliability as these devices are deployed in advanced packages developed at customers. Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer of the Silicon Carbide Power Division.
