Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer who designs and builds smart agent systems to help 15,000+ users work more effectively. Architect multi-node agent orchestration with agent memory and context management, and implement RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and production-grade integrations with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein, and external APIs. Lead design discussions, production deployments, and maintain high availability; mentor junior engineers and drive architectural decisions and feature delivery for scalable AI-enabled agent platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of development experience
- Backend development in Java, Python, or C++/C#
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Gemini, Llama)
- Prompt engineering, RAG architectures, production LLM-based applications
- Conversational AI, chatbots, or agent development platforms
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Heroku)
- Data processing, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, retrieval optimization
- Salesforce platform experience (Apex, LWC, Data Cloud, Platform Events) or equivalent
- RESTful APIs, GraphQL, event-driven architectures, microservices
- Related technical degree
- Strong communication and collaboration
- Test-driven development and automation
- Debugging production issues and performance optimization
- Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Spinnaker)
- Mentoring engineers and elevating team capabilities
- Experience delivering large-scale features with measurable business impact
