Job Summary
Build your sales territory through new customer acquisition and establish a high-performing sales team. Provide expert consultation on modern wound care, conduct product presentations, and deliver training to medical staff. Assume full responsibility for regional sales success and lead your team with a focus on performance, individual development, and collaborative culture. Actively coach employees through regular sessions, particularly during joint customer visits. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im kaufmännischen, medizinischen oder pflegerischen Bereich
- Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung in der Außendiensttätigkeit und im Vertrieb von medizinischen Produkten
- Ausgeprägte Stärke in der aktiven Marktbearbeitung gepaart mit strategischer Vertriebsorientierung
- Führerschein Klasse B
Desired Qualifications
- Führungs- und Coaching-Erfahrung sind von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in der Wundversorgung sind ein Plus (Wundexperte / Wundtherapeut)
- Organisationstalent mit proaktiver Herangehensweise und exzellenter Kommunikationsfähigkeit – sowohl mit Kunden als auch im Team
