Job Summary
Develop high-quality scientific content for strategic communication initiatives across therapeutic areas, including slide decks, executive summaries, and meeting materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, medical, editorial, and client stakeholders to shape narratives and support the medical/legal/regulatory review process by addressing feedback and ensuring compliance. Conduct comprehensive literature searches to synthesize findings and translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives while maintaining data integrity. This role requires an advanced scientific degree and experience in medical communications agencies. Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, or PhD)
- 2+ years of experience in a medical communications agency or similar environment
- Strong experience developing scientific content across multiple formats (e.g., slide decks, publications, summaries)
- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive literature searches and synthesize findings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and reference management tools (e.g., EndNote)
- Experience participating in or supporting MLR review processes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Medical Affairs and/or Publications deliverables
- Exposure to commercial content development
- Familiarity with multiple therapeutic areas or complex disease states
