Lead writing assignments from briefing through final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met while collaborating closely with account, strategy, creative, and scientific colleagues to deliver integrated solutions. Review and interpret scientific literature and clinical trial data to support content development, providing scientific expertise and editorial guidance throughout project lifecycles to maintain accuracy and compliance. Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to discussions that enhance project outcomes and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical writing within a healthcare communications agency, pharmaceutical company or related environment
- Strong understanding of scientific research, clinical data interpretation and evidence-based communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style for different audiences
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, compliant and high-quality work
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Collaborative mindset and confidence working with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
