Job Summary

Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the Northern New Jersey territory, prioritizing medical objectives and core assets. Engage in high-quality, two-way scientific exchanges with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers to challenge current thinking, identify unmet needs, and address educational gaps. Cultivate strong professional relationships with community and academic providers while leveraging AI tools to enhance decision-making and streamline processes. Deliver tailored scientific data through clear dialogue, translating complex clinical evidence into meaningful discussions that advance learning. Collect and submit actionable insights to inform medical strategy, asset planning, and cross-functional discussions. Provide point-of-contact support for investigator-initiated studies and respond promptly to unsolicited research inquiries. Compliantly collaborate with internal stakeholders including R&D, Global Medical Affairs, and Sales teams while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • A Doctorate level degree or equivalent experience (PharmD, PhD, MD, Advanced Practice Providers, etc.)
  • Post graduate experience is required for Doctoral level candidates
  • Therapeutic clinical experience (preferred for Doctoral level candidates)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated success as an MSL
  • Strong scientific/therapeutic expertise
