Job Summary

Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the Northern New Jersey territory that aligns with Medical Affairs strategy and prioritized medical objectives. Engage in high-quality, two-way scientific exchange with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare providers to identify trends, unmet needs, and educational gaps while delivering tailored, evidence-based information. Cultivate strong professional relationships with community and academic providers to advance scientific credibility and support investigator-initiated studies by facilitating connections with internal research processes. Leverage AI tools and insights to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and improve efficiency across core responsibilities. Collect and submit actionable insights that inform medical strategy and asset planning while responding promptly to unsolicited research inquiries. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including R&D, Global Medical Affairs, and Sales teams to demonstrate objective, forward-looking scientific perspectives. Maintain thorough competence in regulatory compliance, corporate policies, and Medical Affairs SOPs while executing performance plans that enhance organizational capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • A Doctorate level degree or equivalent experience is required (PharmD, PhD, MD, Advanced Practice Providers, etc.)
  • Post graduate experience is required for Doctoral level candidates
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
