Job Summary
Execute high-impact scientific initiatives with academic centers, clinical systems, and diabetes networks to drive measurable outcomes and medical strategy execution. Demonstrate expert territory planning, mentor MSL colleagues on KOL development and insight quality, and lead Medical Affairs projects including publication planning and clinical research support. Present scientific data at congresses, manage field deployment, and synthesize field insights to refine organizational strategy. Maintain high-quality scientific communication, support ADC Fellows, and establish relationships with key thought leaders while ensuring compliance and cross-functional alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree required: PhD, DNP, MD/DO, PharmD, or DMSc
- Minimum of 4 years of Medical Affairs experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or biotech industries
- Demonstrated excellence in MSL competencies
- Track record of delivering measurable strategic, scientific, and operational outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Results and outcomes-oriented mindset
- Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, actionable insights
- Commitment to compliance, scientific integrity, documentation excellence, and sustained scientific credibility
- Contribution to a cohesive and high performing team culture
- 50% of the Time travel
