Job Summary
Senior Medical Representative - Onco in Ha Noi, Vietnam. Responsible for identifying customer needs, supporting demand generation aligned with customer strategy, and ensuring the company is seen as delivering value and better health outcomes to healthcare professionals and patients. Develop and execute a comprehensive business action plan by cycle based on product, disease, regulation, and policy knowledge in Vietnam, with a focus on identifying short- and long-term opportunities, implementing territory plans to achieve KPIs, and collaborating with Marketing, Tender, Medical, and other teams to maximize resources. Requires strong account planning, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, plus experience in hospital sales, lead generation, market analysis, and adherence to regulatory/compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Pharmacist
- Medical Doctor
- 3+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- Strong knowledge of customer/business strategy
