Job Summary
Oversee programming and space planning for healthcare projects by synthesizing stakeholder visions with design concepts and integrating equipment, regulatory, and engineering requirements. Develop space plans addressing operational needs, lead user group and public meetings, and maintain program and regulatory documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to establish workplans, monitor milestones, and ensure deliverables align with the overall design vision. Mentors emerging planners and supports team development through continuous conversations.
Required Qualifications
- B.Arch., M.Arch. or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 10 years of healthcare planning experience
- Proficiency in Revit
- Proficiency in Affinity Suite
