Job Summary
Develop medical strategy and activities by collaborating with BU, HQ, and VA to align with brand strategy and meet China's unmet medical practice needs. Guarantee scientific, ethical, and quality requirements for clinical trial projects while ensuring progress and compliance for non-clinical trials. Collect and analyze medical information to evaluate local practices, treatment guidelines, and literature, then develop scientific links for early project integration. Review and approve promotion materials, develop non-promotional content, support MR training, and organize advocacy support including Thought Leader interactions and Advisory Board setups.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree major in clinical medicine
- 1-2 years clinical experience in related therapeutic area
- 1-2 years MA experience or related TA senior MSL experience in multi-national pharmaceutical
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent written and oral English
Desired Qualifications
- PH.D in clinical medicine
