Job Summary
Senior Medical Director — Radiation Dosimetry lead a team focused on providing radiation dosimetry services for clinical trials, developing systems for interpretation of serial SPECT, PET, and nuclear medicine imaging to assess absorbed radiation dose, and overseeing protocol development, radiation safety, data analysis, and regulatory submissions. Responsibilities include scientific leadership for clinical development programs, designing image acquisition protocols in nuclear medicine, ensuring regulatory/ethical compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and study oversight. Requires significant experience in medical physics and nuclear medicine with radiation dosimetry expertise, Ph.D. or equivalent, 5+ years in clinical research (leadership preferred), and proficiency with dosimetry software (e.g., OLINDA). Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or equivalent in nuclear medicine, medical physics, or related field
- minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, preferably with leadership experience
- substantial experience with radiation dosimetry software such as OLINDA or similar
- strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
