Senior Medical Director, Oncology Clinical Development (Solid Tumors)

Manage the design, implementation, and oversight of clinical development programs for solid tumor oncology, ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practices and regulatory requirements. Lead cross-functional teams to generate clinical data supporting product strategy, oversee study enrollment, timelines, and the interpretation of safety and efficacy information. Direct the development of protocols, Investigator Brochures, and regulatory submissions while serving as the clinical representative for key regulatory discussions. Coordinate with Medical Affairs and Commercial functions to incorporate cross-functional perspectives into development plans and actively engage opinion leaders. Supervise Medical Directors and Clinical Scientists, chair the Clinical Strategy Team to vet development plans, and contribute to translational strategies with Discovery colleagues. Stay current on therapeutic area literature and technology to augment expertise.
