Job Summary
Lead scientific and strategic analyses of oncology data; coordinate cross-functional teams (account, creative, strategy, medical) to provide medical direction for promotional activities; develop and implement systems for gathering and disseminating market/clinical data; devise curricula and lead development of agency-wide scientific education content; liaise with client medical/regulatory departments and key opinion leaders; organize advisory boards and create scientific content for focus groups/interviews; spearhead scientific contributions in new business presentations and meet in-person client travel as required; collaborate with client physicians and KOLs to support brand promotions with scientifically accurate insights.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO or PhD or PharmD or related field with 2+ years of applicable oncology experience
- 4 years medical practitioner/clinical experience or relevant oncology work experience (e.g., genitourinary cancers such as prostate cancer)
- knowledge of preclinical and clinical research methods and drug approval processes
- MBA, business or marketing experience preferred
