Job Summary
Lead clinical development strategy and execution for RayzeBio's prostate cancer assets from IND through Phase 3 registrational studies. Design clinical development plans, write protocols, and manage cross-functional study teams to ensure trials meet patient and business needs. Oversee regulatory submissions, interact with health authorities, and conduct site qualification visits. Translate nonclinical findings into clinical opportunities while leveraging AI to drive portfolio performance. Recruit and mentor medical directors and clinical scientists to build the necessary team. Travel approximately 30% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- MD or equivalent
- sub-specialty training in oncology
- at least 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech/academic experience in oncology solid tumor clinical development
- Drug development experience in prostate cancer
- Willing to travel approximately 30% of the time
Desired Qualifications
