Job Summary
Create innovative, evidence-based delivery strategies and solutions for Cell and Gene Therapy trials, addressing specific customer needs and challenges. Drive growth of the IQVIA CAGT portfolio by awarding strategic new business, achieving annual Gross New Business targets, and integrating CAGT elements into proposals. Provide scientific, clinical, and operational advice to internal stakeholders on protocol design, clinical development plans, and regulatory soundness. Support customer and bid defense meetings, including training project teams and presenting at client and professional gatherings. Maintain awareness of the industry pipeline and scientific landscape while leading CAGT thought leadership through publications and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified physician
- A physician (MD or DO) or physician/scientist (MD/PhD)
- A degree from an accredited and internationally recognized school
- At least 5 years clinical research relevant experience
- experience in CAGT and especially in gene therapy/gene editing
- hands on operational delivery and/or drug development experience in gene therapy/gene editing
- Robust and current knowledge of scientific, clinical, regulatory, commercial and competitive landscape in CAGT, especially in gene therapy/gene editing
- In depth knowledge of, and skill in applying, applicable clinical research regulatory requirements
- Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
- Excellent skills in providing consultation and advice on multiple assignments

Desired Qualifications
