Job Summary
Senior Medical Care Coordinator provides day-to-day mentorship to a team of Medical Care Coordinators (8–10), assists with auditing complex case workflows, tracks productivity and compliance in case management systems, supports onboarding and training, and ensures timely client updates in a fast-paced workers’ compensation environment. The role requires experience in workers’ compensation or medical case coordination, familiarity with case management systems, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Competitive hourly pay ($28–$33) with benefits; on-site at the California location.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in workers’ compensation, personal injury, or medical case coordination
- Familiarity with case management systems and high-volume workflows
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
