Senior Medical / Biomedical Scientist– Haematology

Maintain high standards in medical testing by prioritizing workload and organizing tasks to ensure the effective running of the Haematology Department. Lead and coordinate scientific and support staff, delegating work based on ability, education, and training while supervising basic grade scientists, students, and auxiliary personnel. Provide client and colleague support to ensure a first-class service, maximize available resources, and identify requirements to meet future needs. Depute for the Chief Scientist on technical matters as required and participate in CPD programmes to maintain professional knowledge. Observe strict confidentiality regarding patient and company information while demonstrating behaviour consistent with Eurofins Biomnis mission and values. Work 35 hours per week with flexibility around shift rostering, based on-site in Sandyford, Dublin 18.
