Job Summary
Senior Media Specialist on the New Media Solutions team leads strategic planning, hands-on campaign activation, and product enablement to develop media strategies for new and emerging products while operationalizing them for scalable use across advertisers. Works with platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, and Meta to translate client needs into actionable campaign setups, optimizations, and performance insights. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales to bring new planning features to market, drive adoption, and ensure operational viability. Responsibilities include building planning tools, enabling smarter omnichannel campaigns across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels, and owning a product roadmap with a test-and-learn mindset. Requirements include 5+ years in media planning/product strategy, hands-on platform experience, strong understanding of retail media networks, audience data partnerships, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent communication. Location is in-office four days per week at listed locations (Pleasanton, CA; Fullerton, CA; Boise, ID; Itasca, IL; NYC).
