Job Summary
Senior Media Manager to lead and drive retail media strategies, optimize campaigns, manage client engagements, budgeting, and reporting. Responsibilities include guiding campaign planning and budget delivery, optimizing keyword and bid strategies, overseeing daily/weekly/monthly performance reporting and insights, leading Test & Learn initiatives, coordinating client calls, developing account teams, ensuring accurate budget delivery, and presenting executive updates. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of account/media management, Digital Retail/Retail Media experience, 2+ years in Ecommerce media management, strong analytical and Excel skills, leadership experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams. Travel may be required based on client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of account management experience
- Digital Retail (Retail Media preferred) experience required
- At least 2 years of experience in Ecommerce media management
- Digital marketing, financial/quantitative analytics experience
- Strong analytical skills, with Microsoft Excel—pivot tables and ‘VLOOKUP’
- Detail-oriented, project management and organizational skills
- Experience in developing, managing, and analyzing online promotion campaigns
- Possess strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Innovative, scrappy, and independent thinker with data-driven influence
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with minimal supervision
- Experience leading successful teams and developing junior colleagues
- Proven ability to communicate performance and partnership updates to senior leadership
Desired Qualifications
