Job Summary
Senior Media Buyer for CTV and programmatic ads responsible for developing and executing media strategies across DSPs, optimizing budgets, and driving ROI. Leads campaigns across CTV, video, display, native, and multi-channel channels; analyzes performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights; builds dashboards and presents performance and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients. Requires hands-on expertise with platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt, Yahoo DSP, Basis, Amazon DSP, and a strong grasp of attribution, measurement, and privacy-compliant targeting. Mentors junior buyers, collaborates with creative and analytics teams, and stays current on industry developments and best practices. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets is expected, along with experience in healthcare, finance, insurance, home services, or lead generation verticals preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital media buying
- experience in CTV and programmatic advertising
- deep understanding of DSPs and programmatic buying platforms
- experience managing six-figure to seven-figure monthly advertising budgets
- strong analytics and reporting skills
- proficiency with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, Google Sheets
- experience with direct response, lead generation, eCommerce, or customer acquisition campaigns
