Job Summary
Maintenance technician performing routine and proactive/reactive maintenance on buildings and equipment (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems), including BMS; execute tasks as assigned by supervisors or Work Control; manage and close work orders in CMMS with accurate time/task reporting; follow safety policies and maintain a safe, organized work environment; collaborate with supervisors and planning team to support safe, reliable facility operations; preferred experience with robotic operation/maintenance and HVAC/fire life safety systems; requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in facilities maintenance; valid driver’s license; flexible shift availability; physical tasks include climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, PPE usage, and extensive travel within territory.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or related field
- Experience troubleshooting general conveyance systems and building systems
- General knowledge of tools, building maintenance procedures, and industrial facility equipment
- Ability to perform basic maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Strong written and mathematical skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts
- Valid driver’s license
