Job Summary
Senior Mechanical Validation Engineer responsible for managing tests on products/prototypes/components, analyzing results, and delivering reports. Oversees program ADV planning and reporting, engineering prototype testing (planning, tooling design, and test stand development), and supports failure analysis and laboratory development. Requires strong practical skills, safety awareness, organization, and teamwork, with proficiency in English for oral and written communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering field
- 3-5 years of working experience
- Experience with transmission/drive/powertrain systems
- Experience with operation/maintenance of various test equipment
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings (reading and interpretation)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
