Job Summary
Lead and enforce jobsite safety and compliance culture while managing scope, schedule, and field resources for large-scale HVAC and mechanical construction projects. Oversee procurement and subcontractor coordination, drive financial performance through budgeting and cost control, and review project documentation and reporting. Support estimating and preconstruction efforts, build client and team relationships, and contribute to business development and sales support. Full-time travel required across the U.S. with diverse project exposure including hospitals, data centers, stadiums, and manufacturing facilities. Backed by the stability and resources of a leading national contractor.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Mechanical Project Management experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans
- Understanding of design principles, tools, and construction methods
- Experience with Project financials and cost control
- Experience with Operations and business processes
- Experience with Client relations and project delivery
- Knowledge of construction law and contract management
- Must be open to full-time travel
