Job Summary
Oversee large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects from setup to closeout, specifically within data center, power generation, renewables, mining, and oil & gas sectors. Manage teams of employees including Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Coordinators while supervising daily work and verifying conformance of finished work products. Ensure all safety and environmental requirements are met and coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources to guarantee timely, cost-effective completion. This role requires 8+ years of industrial construction experience, 5+ years as a Mechanical Project Manager, and proficiency in HCSS, P6, and Viewpoint software. Based in Temple, TX, the position involves potential exposure to extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and noise above 85 decibels.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Mechanical field
- Ability to travel
- Driver's license with a clean driving record
