Job Summary
Oversee large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects from setup to closeout across data centers, power generation, renewables, mining, and oil and gas sectors. Manage teams of employees, including Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators, while supervising daily work and verifying conformance of finished work products. Ensure all safety and environmental requirements are met and coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources to guarantee timely, cost-effective completion. Serve as the primary liaison between field operations, company leadership, and customers to maintain positive relationships and resolve project challenges. This role requires 8+ years of industrial construction experience, 5+ years in mechanical project management, and proficiency in HCSS, P6, and Viewpoint software. Located in Turkey, TX, with potential exposure to extreme temperatures and confined spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Mechanical field
- Ability to travel
- Driver's license with a clean driving record
