Job Summary
Oversee project design from concept to completion, coordinating continuous interface with the design team and clients. Write responses to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications for various clients and marketing opportunities. Mentor and coordinate the work of designers and other technical staff on various mechanical or multi-discipline projects. Manage and deliver tasks under minimal supervision while working individually or within a multi-discipline team. Requires 10+ years of experience with MEP building technology systems and strong critical thinking abilities. Based in the Nashville, TN office, this role supports Kimley-Horn's commitment to client success and employee development.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of related experience
- Proven design experience with MEP building technology systems and related projects
- Experience mentoring and coordinating the work of designers, and other technical staff on various mechanical or multi-discipline projects
- Able to manage and deliver tasks under minimal supervision and guidance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking ability
- Ability to work individually or in a multi-discipline team
- This is not a remote position
- Nashville, TN office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in AutoCAD and Revit is a plus
